    Peter Rosenlow is a seasoned commercial real estate advisor with a sharp focus on tenant representation in the New York City market. Originally from Sweden and now based in NYC, Peter combines international perspective with deep local expertise to help companies navigate complex lease negotiations and secure office spaces that align with their business goals.

    With an extensive background in the CRE office market, business development, RE lending and a passion for strategic problem-solving, Peter founded Lokal CRE to offer a more personalized, transparent, and tenant-first approach to commercial real estate. His hands-on style, market insight, and relentless client advocacy set the tone for the firm’s values and results-driven culture.

    Peter lives in Connecticut with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he’s a passionate soccer fan and enjoys coaching his daughter’s soccer team. He also loves to travel and values time spent exploring new places with his family.
